摘要: 目的与方法:采用Ames 试验、微核试验及精子畸形试验对长沙市湘雅路北站和松桂园3 个有代表性的交通性污染路口现场染毒及实验室对照现场小鼠的遗传毒性进行研究。结果与结论:结果表明:染毒小鼠肺组织存在直接和间接的致突变物;小鼠胸骨嗜多染红细胞的微核率和精子畸形率明显高于对照组。同时说明交通性污染物对小鼠呈体细胞和生殖细胞的遗传毒性作用。

Abstract: Purpose and Methods :By Ames test , micronucleus test and sperm diformity test , the genetic toxicity was studied for mice exposed t raffic contaminated road in XIAN G YA , BAN ZAN , SON G GUI. Results and conclusion : The result s showed that there are direct and indirect mutagens in the lung tissue of contaminated mice , that the micronucleus rate of chest bone polychomatoerythrocyte ( PCE) and sperm deformity f requencies in contaminated groups were higher than cont rol group. The t raffic pollutant had genetic toxicity effect on the somatic cell and germ cell in the mice
